Jax Brass, Bronze & Copper Patina - 16 oz.

JAX® brown darkener produces a consistent antique brown finish on brass, bronze and copper quickly and easily, creating the sepia tones of antique metal. Polish with steel wool or a polishing cloth after applying the darkener to highlight areas on your workpiece. Over-darken surfaces initially, if desired, then relieve the darkness with a polishing cloth or steel wool to duplicate finishes. Workpieces may be waxed, oiled or lacquered to preserve the finish. Must used together with Jax Copper Plating Solution on soldered seams first (sold separately: 4315-09).

Contains copper sulfate and ammonium chloride.
