Wholesale Accounts

Benefits of being a wholesale customer:

• Wholesale pricing.
• Once your initial order is placed, no minimum on your orders.
• Shipping costs are calculated by live rates. 

Wholesale Account Requirements:

• Download Application (.pdf formatted)
• A copy of your business license.
• A copy of your sales tax license.
• A copy of your business check.
• A copy of a business advertisement. (i.e. Stained glass yellow page listing, online yellow page listing, craft show vendor listing, class instructor listing, newspaper advertisement, sales flyer, or your website address)

Each application will be individually reviewed.
Please allow us at least 2 business weeks to verify your application and information.

After your application has been approved, an initial purchase of $500 must be met. There are no minimums on orders after the initial purchase.

Please note we can discontinue your wholesale status if you do not meet our yearly wholesale minimum purchase amount of $2500 in a calendar year.

PA Sales Tax Policy:

• Shipments within PA & In-store purchases will have a 6% sales tax added to the order.
• If you are exempt from taxes, you must send us a properly executed Pennsylvania sales tax exemption certificate for stained glass or a related field.
