Policies & Guarantees
- If you have received incorrect or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order and we will take the necessary steps to correct the error.
- There are no returns or exchanges on: books, chemicals, lead, zinc, brass or copper channels, special orders, used, discontinued or closeout items.
- Returns for reasons that are not due to errors on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped freight pre-paid.
- All returned merchandise must be in their original, resalable condition.
We cannot be liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. If you receive your order with outward signs of damage, follow these steps:
- UPS Shipments: Accept delivery and call us immediately with the tracking number so that we can begin a damage claim with the carrier. You may open your package but do not discard the box, packing materials, or damaged merchandise.
- USPS Shipments: Take the box with its contents to your local Post Office. They will initiate a damage claim at that time. If your shipment has not been delivered in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will begin the necessary steps to track the package. Please note that the Post Office requires that at least 30 days have passed before they will begin the trace.
- In order to supply our customers with the best value, Prices and information subject to change without notice.
- We're sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
- If your item arrives within 2 weeks of processing your order, you will be notified via email with a shipping date.
- If your item arrives after 2 weeks we will contact you to inform you the item has arrived.
- Your card does not get charged until we ship the items.
- Items are backordered at regular price.
Custom Cuts Policy:
- Minimum 2 Business Days
- A minimum charge of $10 per cut piece.
- All custom cuts have their own dynamic challenges and will be charged accordingly.
- If the template is required but not supplied, Warner Art Glass staff can prepare one for an additional fee.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card. We are also quite fond of cash.
Sales Tax Policy:
- Shipments within PA & In-store purchases will have a 6% sales tax added to the order.
- If you are exempt from taxes, you must send us a properly executed Pennsylvania sales tax exemption certificate for stained glass or a related field.

Penny Shipping Policy:
- Penny shipping, when offered, is valid for standard ground shipping on in-stock items ONLY.
- Oversized boxes and other shipping methods are subject to shipping charges.
- Penny Shipping, when offered, does not apply to wholesale customers.
