Free Shipping

  • When available, free shipping only applies to orders that are shipped within the continental United States (lower 48)
  • Packing Fees and state tax do not count towards the order total to receive free shipping.
  • Free Shipping Excludes: Glass Sheets size large and up, Came & Channel, sample glass packs, Grinders, Saws and Special Collection Items. ( Unless stated otherwise.)*Any Order with the previously stated items will be charged shipping*

Showroom Pick-Up

  • Please allow 2 Business Days for us to have your order prepared for you.
  • Pick-up orders will be available during normal business hours.
  • Orders will be held for 2 weeks from your order date.
  • In store pick up orders will still show a ship to address, these order will not be shipped.

UPS/USPS/FedEx Shipping

  • When placing your order please be aware that we cannot ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Monday due to being closed or no postal pickup being available on those days.
  • Our system uses a live rate system for our shipping methods (the United Parcel Service, FedEx and the United States Postal Service) allowing us to give you the cheapest shipping rates available to us.
  • We unfortunately do not ship via DHL
  • If you have any questions in regards to this process, please feel free to contact us.
  • *Due to the difficulties of shipping products internationally we currently only ship to addresses within the U.S and Canada.
  • Any items shipped to Canada the recipent will be resonsible for all duties.
  • **Due to the limitations placed on shipping Hazardous Materials (Chemicals) we are currently unable to ship these products via USPS or to a P.O. Box. For orders containing chemicals we offer shipping via UPS and FedEx.

Order Tracking

Pull/Packing Fees

Pull/Packing fees are for products that are pulled for pick-up orders by our staff or need special handling and/or require extra packing materials to ship safely. These fees are applied to glass sheets, Wissmach fusible circles and came/channel. Please note that X-large and Full glass sheets must be cut down to a Large size for shipping. There is also a limit of 12 sheets of glass per box.

  • Small Glass Box Fee: $6.50
  • Medium Glass Box Fee: $7.50
  • Large Glass Box Fee: $8.50
  • Lead Box Fee: $6.50
  • Metal Box Fee: $7.50

Misc

  • Please note due to increased fraud cases, we will call customers on big ticket items to confirm the order.
  • Please note we will not be shipping any products that contain any amount of lead to the state of California due to Proposition 65. Click here for more info
